7 Heavens Chakra U raises your intuition to bring you into constant communication with your body.  When this is accomplished, everything else in your life will flow easier.  The purpose is to open, balance and expand your 7 main chakras.  Your root, sacral and solar plexus chakras deal with your external world.  Your heart, throat, third eye and crown deal with your internal world.  Chakra U balances all 7 chakras through light, energy, sound and scent.  When you understand how they all work together, you have reached 7 Heavens! Hence the name 7 Heavens Chakra U!  

Chakra U classes combine light, energy, sound and scent to bring all your senses and chakras into alignment faster than using one modality at a time.  This can be intense as you release negative energies that are no longer useful to you.  For this reason, individual appointments are taken for your comfort. Feel free to bring a friend to sit in silence if you prefer.   

Your two hour session is intended for those who want to dive deep into healing their chakras.  You begin sitting in the root chakra chair, wearing red glasses looking at the Muladhara symbol with a double terminated crystal hanging above your crown chakra while listening to me play live I AM THAT I AM tuning forks.  If you would like, you may also include placing essential oils for the specific chakra on your person to bring in more of that energy.   

The Release and Heal session ends with a cho ku rei labyrinth walk.  As you walk into the center (picture of labyrinth above) you release all negative energy (you are walking into a reverse cho ku rei) and as you walk out, you ask for all positive energy to enter you (clockwise cho ku rei).   

No, you don't have to understand reiki or even the chakras in order to experience this the first time.  Everything you need is explained when you arrive!
